I'm Hadrian — a technologist, a coach, and someone who genuinely loves seeing a team find their stride.
I've spent 20+ years working in and around technology, but what's kept me going isn't the tech itself — it's the people building it. I get a real kick out of watching someone crack a hard problem, or a team finally click into flow. That's the stuff.
